
Payments
Membership payments are taken monthly, from the day you sign up.
If you would like your payment to come out on a different day of the month, please let us know and we can reschedule it.
If you need to change your payment details, you can update these in the app (just go to your Profile).
If you miss a payment for any reason, your upcoming bookings will be cancelled. Please let us know if this happens (so bookings can be reinstated once payment is made), or if you anticipate having any difficulties with payments.
Monthly Payment options
Your EDGE small group membership offers a year-round program, where coached sessions are only available during south glos term times. During the holidays a flexible program including both gym and home workouts if provided to follow independently. See the ‘Program’ section for more details.
To accommodate this, we provide two payment options for you to choose from. Please note the overall cost for both is the same.
Option 1: 12 monthly payments
This option lets you spread the annual cost equally over 12 months.
Please note, with this option you will make payments during months when there are no in-person sessions. This approach simply helps you manage the cost of your membership consistently throughout the year.
Option 2: 11 monthly payments (summer break)
This option offers the same annual cost as Option 1, but with slightly higher monthly payments over 11 months. This allows you to enjoy a payment break during the summer (15th July to 15th August). You will still have access to the program to complete independently during this time.
Cancelling your membership
There comes a time when you may want to move on for whatever reason, we wish you luck.
If you do wish to stop, you can cancel your membership directly in the app (go to the Memberships section), but please do let us know as well.
Please note, there is a minimum membership term of 2 months, and a 1 month notice period for cancellations.
