Class packs
You can buy class packs in the app to book and attend coached sessions (in addition to any included in your membership). These can be especially useful at the start of a term when there may be exercises/skills that are new to you or at the end of a term when we are testing and you might benefit from a coaches input, spotting and the amazing group atmosphere that test week always brings.

Remote coaching
Weekly check-ins and feedback via WhatsApp to keep you accountable, and to provide a coach’s eye on your independent training. You will get detailed feedback on form and technique as well as personalised adaptations and tweaks to the program to tailor it to your needs. We can also help with set up to make sure you are getting an effective stimulus, even if you don’t have gym access.

Personalised program with remote coaching
As with remote coaching you will get weekly check-ins and feedback via video analysis to make sure you are improving and kept accountable but you also get an extra day programmed each week specifically for you. This could be sport specific – perhaps you have an event coming up?, rehab, injury prevention or conquering a personal challenge, we’ll design something to meet your needs. This session can be done in addition to the main program or instead of one of the other days depending on your goal. A coach will be very happy to talk to you about what’s best so if you are interested, please get in touch.
